Services
Administrative:
Periodic inspections of exterior and common areas
Emergency call system 24-hour, seven-days
Supervision of all independent contractors, handymen, and personnel
Accounting:
Maintaining and providing accurate records for the Board of Directors.
Managing the disbursement and receipts of funds for the association, all bookkeeping related matters and providing the Board of Directors with monthly detailed financial statements.
Collecting Assessment and emphasizing collection in conjunction with the Association council.
Preparing yearly budget.
Prepare all accounts payable checks
